Sweet fried tortelli



Ingredients for pasta:
500 g flour
150 g sugar
50 g butter
1 sachet of yeast
2 eggs
1 Sassolino liqueur glass

For the cream:
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons sugar
6 egg yolks
1/2 lt milk
lemon peel or vanilla.

Fry oil
powdered sugar.

Prepare the pasta by mixing all the ingredients on the pastry board.

For the cream in a saucepan mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour and slowly the milk, stirring constantly.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir to thicken.
Flavor with lemon peel or vanilla.

Roll out the dough and, using the molds, prepare the tortelli by putting a tablespoon of cream in each.
Seal well with damp fingers and fry in boiling oil, two or three at a time.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
