Tarte solognote


Ingredients for 4 people:

200 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg
a little milk
1 kg apples
125 g sugar.

Cut the butter into pieces and place it in a pan on the top; pour over the sugar, for the thickness of 1 cm.

Peel and empty the apples from the seeds, cut each in 4, arrange them on the sugar leaving little space between them.

Put the pan on low heat and let it sizzle for about 30 minutes, until the apples become translucent and well coated with butter and sugar.

Prepare a dough with flour and water.
Roll it out on the apples, removing the excess of pasta that overflows.

Bake at 220 ° C until the dough becomes golden.
Once baked, turn it over and pour it on a wire rack to cool and serve.
