Spoon chestnuts
Ingredients:
600 g chestnuts
150 g chopped dark chocolate
120g butter
120 g sugar
salt.
Cook the chestnuts in water and salt, peel and sieve them.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add it to the still warm chestnuts, together with the sugar and butter.
Work the dough well and long.
Grease and line a rectangular mold with greaseproof paper, lay the mixture in it, level it and cover it with greaseproof paper.
Put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve the dish accompanied by whipped cream.
