Ingredients:
1 kg flour
2 eggs
1 glass of dry wine
1 glass oil
cinnamon
lemon rind
1/2 kg boiled chickpeas
100 g sugar
100 g honey
100 g bitter cocoa
50 g melted dark chocolate.
Prepare the dough and spread it not very thin.
Pass the chickpeas, first add all the dry ingredients, then the honey, the orange peel and the melted dark chocolate.
Mix everything well.
Divide the dough into rectangles, put a spoonful of stuffing in the center of each and close the edges well.
Fry in plenty of hot oil and once cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
