Tutti frutti fairy cake


Ingredients:

4 yolks
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups plain flour
about 1 cup lukewarm milk (volume depending on fat content)
6 tbsp. oil
4 egg-whites
jam to taste
fruits to taste
2 tsp. jelly

Put flour with baking powder, sugar, oil,yolks and milk into a bowl and mix everything well.

Carefully mix in thick whisked egg-whites.

Bake at 150-170° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.

At the end of baking, check the batter using a wooden skewer.

Spread jam on the finished cake, decorate with fruit and pour jelly onto it.
