For 6 people:
10 ripe pomegranates
10 ladyfingers
350 gr natural whole yoghurt
100 g fresh whipping cream
1 vanilla stick
3 honey spoons.
Centrifuge the grains of 9 pomegranates and wet the biscuits in the juice.
Add the vanilla seeds, honey and some whole grains to the yogurt.
Whip the cream and mix it with the yogurt.
Place half of the ladyfingers in a plate and cover with cream; to repeat; decorate with grains and refrigerate.
