Ingredients for 4 people:

320 g short pasta
150 gr walnut kernels
30 gr granulated sugar
1 lemon
cinnamon powder
salt.


Chop the walnuts with the knife and grate the lemon rind; collect them in a large bowl and mix with sugar, a pinch of salt and one of cinnamon.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, then drain it and transfer it to the bowl with the sauce.

Serve it with other grated lemon zest.
