Ingredients:
400 gr spaghetti
water and salt
10 sage leaves
2 cloves of garlic
butter
parmesan
pepper.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, put a little oil and butter and the two cloves of garlic (which you then remove) and the finely chopped sage leaves.
Fry for 5 minutes and pour over spaghetti.
Add a handful of grated Parmesan and season with a pinch of pepper.
