Fried tomatoes 🍅


For 4 people:

 20 cherry tomatoes
 100 gr flour
50 gr water
 50 gr white wine
 little saffron
 olive oil
salt and pepper.

 Peel the tomatoes in boiling water.

 Combine the flour with water, wine and saffron, forming a soft batter.

 Spoon the tomatoes with a toothpick and fry in hot oil at 170°.
