Doses for 4:
4 ripe bananas
20 walnuts kernels
20 g peeled almonds
2 honey spoons
lemon juice.
Crush the bananas with a fork.
Add the lemon juice and honey and mix the ingredients well.
Chop the walnuts and almonds.
Spread the banana mixture into 4 glass cups, sprinkle with chopped almonds and walnuts and refrigerate before serving.
