Mashed lettuce


For 4 people:

 3 lettuce heads
30 gr butter
 1/2 l béchamel
grated Parmesan cheese
 2 eggs
salt.

 Boil the lettuce, pass it to the mixer and let it dry on the fire with the butter.

 Add the béchamel, parmesan, egg yolks and egg whites until stiff.

 Pour the mixture into a buttered mold and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
