1 orange, peeled
1 cup frozen banana chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks, strawberries, cherries, or blueberries.
1/2 to 1 cup soy or rice milk.
Combine all of the fruit and 1/2 cup of the vegan, non-dairy milk in a blender. Process until very smooth, stopping the blender occasionally to stir any unblended chunks to the centre.
Add a bit more vegan milk for a thinner consistency.
Chill for 30 minutes or serve and enjoy immediately.
