Chestnut pancakes


Preparation

Boil 400g of chestnuts, peel and peel.

They are then sieved and mixed in a bowl with 150 g of sugar, 50 g of cocoa, 1 cup of coffee, 1/2 cup of sweet liqueur, cinnamon and cloves finely crushed, grated zest of a lemon .

Separately, a dough is prepared with 400 g of flour, 2 eggs and water.
From the dough, roll out a sheet and then cut it into squares or circles.

At the center of each one puts a nut of mixture with chestnuts and then closes in a triangle or a half moon, crushing the edges with the tines of the fork in a decorative way.

They are fried in extra virgin olive oil or seeds, are passed in melted hot honey and covered with powdered sugar.
