Peach jam
Ingredients:
1 kg peaches
500 g sugar
1 gelling bag.
Wash and peach, remove the skin and remove the stone.
Pour the peaches in a saucepan, insert a gelling bag and bring to a boil for 3-4 minutes.
Add 500 g of sugar and bring to a boil again for 5-6 minutes.
Allow to cool and pour the contents into previously sterilized jars.
Cap the cans and turn them upside down for about 10 minutes
