Green beans with maitre


Doses for 4:

450 g tender green beans
50 g butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
lemon juice
salt.

Peel the green beans and cook them in boiling salted water for 25 minutes over high heat and open saucepan. Drain and let them cool.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the green beans, parsley and salt.
Let them flavor and turn them over for a few minutes.

Season with a little lemon juice and serve.
