Berlingozzo


Doses for 4:

400 gr white flour
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
200 gr sugar
100 gr butter
1 sachet of yeast
lemon
salt.

Knead the flour with the eggs, the sugar, the melted butter, the yeast, a little grated lemon peel and a pinch of salt.

Add a few tablespoons of milk to obtain a soft dough.

Grease and flour a mold and pour the dough.

Bake in medium oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.
