Ingredients for 4 people:
6 ripe bananas at the right point
80 g sugar
30 g butter
50 g amaretti
1 dl thick liquid cream
2 white rum glasses.
Peel the bananas and remove the stringy parts.
Fry half the butter in a baking dish, align the whole bananas, sprinkle with the sugar, wet with the rum and pass the pan over the flame and cook the bananas for 5 minutes, turning them gently.
Remove from the heat and then sprinkle the bananas with the minced macaroons, the remaining melted butter and the liquid cream.
Place the pan in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees on the thermostat and withdraw the preparation when the surface will be well glazed.
Serve the dessert in the same pan.
