Vegan chocolate Xmas cake
Ingredients:
8 oz (gr 220) flour
4 oz (gr 110) dark chocolate tablet
3 oz (gr 80) sugar
8 oz (gr 220) vegetal milk (rice, almond, oat, soy)
3 oz (gr 80) seed oil
1/2 lemon zest
2 tsp baking powder
Salt q.s.
Powdered sugar q s.
Preparation instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a pot with already warm milk.
In a bowl, put flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, the lemon zest and whisk them until perfectly mixed.
Add, little by little, to the other ingredients the milk with the chocolate and the oil and keep on mixing.
At this point the mixture should be a dropping consistency, if it is not add a little milk.
Line a mold with non-stick baking paper and poor the mixture in it.
Let it bake at 356° F (180° C) for about 45 minutes.
Once cold, decorate the cake with powdered sugar and some stencils, if you like.
