Sprint cake

For 4 people:

1 roll puff pastry
4 eggs
100 g sugar
1 lemon
100 g butter.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and the juice and the grated lemon peel.

Add the melted butter and pour the cream into a cake tin with the puff pastry.

Cook for 30 minutes at 200° C.

Serve cold with icing sugar.
