Lady's kisses (piemontesi sweets)


Ingredients:

250 g flour 0
250 g sugar
250 g butter
125 g dark chocolate
150 g toasted almonds
200 g shelled and toasted hazelnuts
1/2 sachet of vanillin.

The first operation consists in refining, grinding, almonds, hazelnuts and sugar, and then kneading them with butter and flour.

The dough is then poured into small walnuts on a buttered baking sheet.

The cakes poured on the buttered baking plate are baked at 160 ° for about 15 minutes and then coupled two by two with a drop of melted chocolate.
