Honey crepes
For 6 people:
250 g whole wheat flour
3 eggs
1/2 lt milk
butter
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons acacia honey
2 lemons
citrus candies (optional)
salt.
Add a pinch of salt to the sieved flour and, stirring with the whisk, dilute with spilled milk.
Add beaten eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Let it rest for an hour in a cool place.
Cook the crepes pouring the mixture into ladles in a non-stick frying pan of butter.
Sprinkle with lemon, spread with honey and decorate with candied fruit.
