Procedure for the batter:
It is prepared with 120 g of flour, 1 beaten egg, 1 and a half tablespoons of EVO oil, 10 g of brewer's yeast dissolved in 1 teaspoon of white wine.
The mixture is mixed adding little by little mixed water in equal parts with white wine, until obtaining a creamy batter.
At this point let it rise in the heat for 2 hours.
When it is ready it mixes well.
